This is a double album of atmospheric ambient music. The core longer tracks on the album originate from pieces that were commissioned as relaxing background atmospheres for hypnotherapy sessions, while the rest are shorter pieces created in a similar vein. While most of the album has a light, airy, and calm feel, there are also contrasting moments of darkness too.
