Inspired by Medieval Aztec and Mayan literature, and especially the 'Popol Vuh', this double album is a collection of moody and experimental tracks. I have tried to create an unnerving, dark and ritualistic atmosphere throughout, with heavy use of real and sampled world percussion instruments, digital synthesizers and keyboards, and heavily manipulated sounds from the real world to invoke an ancient and altogether unreal landscape.
