about

This double album is a collection of electronic music performed entirely on a recently acquired Kawai K4r digital synthesizer. Most of the tracks are improvised, ambient and atmospheric in nature, with the occasional uptempo track to break up the flow, and they are the first results of my explorations into the sonic capabilities of the instrument. As the K4r does not include an on-board FX processor, I have used various hardware and software FX units on the tracks including a Soundcraft EFX8, Zoom 1201, Arturia Tape Delay 201, and Arturia Intensity Reverb.
